Ginger Soy Sugar Snap Peas

We were so excited to get sugar snap peas in the share this week! Crunchy and light, they're delicious raw as a snack. If you still have some left by dinnertime, try out this recipe! Sesame and soy sauce serve as the perfect complements to sweet peas, so keep it simple and get cooking.
16 oz sugar snap peas*
2 cloves garlic, grated*
1 T sesame oil
2 T soy sauce
1 T ginger, grated

1. Heat oil in sauté pan over medium heat.
2. Grate ginger and garlic, then add to pan along with soy sauce.
3. Wash snap peas, then add to pan and cook for 4-6 mins, stirring occasionally.
