Have some of them gone soft from previous weeks? Apples are delicious whole, but this simple snack transforms one of our staple fruits into a crunchy delight. This recipe is perfect for utilizing all of your leftover apples, soft or not. Don't hesitate to double the recipe; no one has ever complained about too many apple chips.

Feeling adventurous? Try saving your apples and make a batch of apple butter!
