The Brown Market Shares Program (BMSP) is a student-run, campus-based food distribution program connecting the Brown community with regional producers through affordable weekly shares of fresh, local, and sustainable produce, bread, eggs, dairy and meat.
The Fall season is just around the corner!
Join BMSP for our fall season and receive fresh produce including apples, eggplant, salad greens, broccoli, and husk cherries all season long! Support the local economy, ensure regional farm security, and treat yourself to farm fresh produce for $20 dollars or less a week! Sign up by Wednesday, September 20th, at 11:59 PM to join our community this fall.
The Fall Market Share will run for 10 weeks from September 28th - December 7th (excluding the week of Thanksgiving, November 23rd). Distribution will take place every Thursday on College Hill at the Brown/RISD Hillel (80 Brown St.) from 12 - 6pm. We are not delivering to the Jewelry District this season. More information about the fall share can be found under our Buy A Share tab. Information about pricing and payment, can be found by clicking here.
BMSP offers both full-cost and subsidized shares to make fresh, local produce accessible to all members of the Brown community. Our subsidized program is only available to staff, faculty, and graduate students. UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR SUBSIDIZED SHARES (more information on why this is the case can be found here.
